The concept is to present National Unity as an accessible editorial narrative, balancing educational information with visual references that support identity, history and shared social values.

Portrait pages use headline hierarchy, columns, image placement, colour panels and repeated editorial styling. Page-to-page continuity is maintained while layouts adapt to different quantities of text and imagery.

The provisional process groups content into page themes, sketches a sequence, establishes margins and type hierarchy, then places text and imagery within a repeatable grid. Later refinement should focus on proofreading, image quality and consistent spacing.

This provisional case study presents the National Unity e-magazine as a four-page editorial design exercise. The main challenge was organising substantial Malay-language information while keeping the pages visually approachable and connected as one publication. Headings, columns, image areas and colour panels establish a repeatable editorial system, while each page adapts that structure to a different amount of text and visual material. A likely process began by grouping the content into page themes, planning the reading sequence and setting basic margins and typography levels. Historical images and supporting graphics were then placed to break up long passages and provide context. The resulting pages demonstrate an understanding of hierarchy, pacing and multi-page consistency, although some placed images and dense text areas would benefit from further refinement. Before publication, Ammar should confirm the complete title, assignment brief, year, exact role, software and whether the written content was authored or only laid out by him. All historical photographs and graphic sources require permission checks, and the Malay copy should be proofread. A complete publication export would also make the final outcome more convincing.
